As you all know that the ribbon is an important thing in every Microsoft Office programs. Also, there are several options for making our work easy. For example, we can add text box tool in the customize quick access toolbar which can be a very useful thing. The name of Customize quick access toolbar defines its work or function also. It is customizable, we can add and delete the tools that we need or don’t need. So, later on, I will explain more about the customize quick access toolbar. It is not the customize quick access toolbar in the Microsoft Excel ribbon to talk about. There is sharing and sing in options that you may use it. Also, there are three options to view the Microsoft Excel Ribbon. So before moving to the explanation of the options, I would recommend you to read the following paragraph.
Note: The things that I am going to mention here today for Excel Ribbon will also work in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and MORE.
Three Views of Ribbon (Microsoft Excel)
Many time the Microsoft Excel beginner users click on the ribbon display option and change the default view of the ribbon and they will panic. They panic because they don’t know that from where I did this. There is no need to worry about just you have to learn the three option usage that is written below each option. The option is beside the Minimize button on the top right side of the window. I will show the screenshot of each in this article.
Starting from the first option it is (Auto Hide Ribbon). It will hide the ribbon and when you need it you will see a green color on the top of the window just click on that and you will see the ribbon. You may use this option whenever your screen is small and you want to select the more cells at once. As my recommendation, you have not to use this kind of ribbon view because it will waste your time especially when you need lots of commands, tool, and options to use. The Picture is at the end of the fourth paragraph.
It is time for the second view option it is (Show tab). Whenever you click on this option you will see only the tabs, not the commands. When you put the cursor on the excel book or in any cell you will not see the command, you can just see the tab. After clicking on any of tabs the commands will appear.
So moving to the last option for seeing the ribbon. It is (Show Tabs and Command). It is the default view of the ribbon. You can see the tabs and the commands at once at the same time. The majority of the people use this option but some people that have the work of adding records may use the auto hide ribbon option or the second option. If you are a student or a busy worker than I would recommend you to use the third option. For those Excel users that have a small computer screen they may zoom out the Excel spreadsheet then they may continue to their work.

Now for deleting an option or tool from the customize quick access toolbar right click on that. Then click on the first option for removing it. That is how simple you could do this. You can add many tools to the ribbon. I have tried adding 16 tools in the customize quick access toolbar.
One last important thing that is should have to mention is that we can change the quick access toolbar position to below the ribbon. Just above the formula bar. Click on the options list of the Customize quick access toolbar and then click on the last option. the option is Show below the ribbon.
The saving tool is also a part of Microsft Excel ribbon but Mostly people use ctrl+s to save the excel bool but you may also use the option in the quick access toolbar. Both are one thing click on the option to save or just press controls plus s to save.
